3. Form or refine your AI Governance Team
4. Analyze real-world scenarios to address privacy, ethics, and instructional integration
5. Engage in guided reflection and strategic planning using the Future Ready Framework
6. Develop a district-specific action plan for sustainable, equitable AI implementation
