Superintendent Playbook

The Superintendent Playbook is a strategic guide designed to help Superintendents position schools as leaders in career readiness and workforce development. This resource empowers superintendents to develop district-wide plans that prioritize career-connected learning, establish clear goals and actions for key stakeholders, and allocate resources to transform high schools into dynamic pathway hubs that prepare students for future success.

This resource was created as part of the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Career, Adult, and Technical Education’s Unlocking Career Success (UCS) initiative, a core element of the Department’s Raise the Bar agenda. All4Ed is committed to continuing this important work under the leadership of CEO Dr. Amy Loyd. For more information, visit the Unlocking Career Success Initiative Overview Page
