Principal Playbook

Principals wear many hats as school leaders. They are instructional leaders, building managers, implementation coaches, and much more. With so much to manage, the Principal Playbook is designed to be a valuable resource for executing career-connected learning strategies. This playbook provides resources to establish a strong foundation, develop staff capacity, foster supportive learning environments, and cultivate partnerships that help students successfully navigate their journey from kindergarten to college.

This resource was created as part of the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Career, Adult, and Technical Education’s Unlocking Career Success (UCS) initiative, a core element of the Department’s Raise the Bar agenda. All4Ed is committed to continuing this important work under the leadership of CEO Dr. Amy Loyd. For more information, visit the Unlocking Career Success Initiative Overview Page
