Courtney Huynh
Courtney Huynh (she/her) is an Associate Director at All4Ed focused on designing and delivering technical assistance and strategic support to cross-sector state and regional leaders to improve the systems and conditions in which young people experience and navigate education-to-career pathways that lead to choice-filled lives and meaningful careers. She brings to this work a track record of operationalizing complex initiatives and strategies, partnering closely with stakeholders to define and implement solutions, and leading teams to success through deep collaboration.
Prior to joining All4Ed, Courtney was a Senior Manager at Jobs for the Future, where she oversaw large-scale, place-based pathways initiatives, including the Pathways to Prosperity Coalition and the Texas Regional Pathways Network, and delivered engaging convenings, individualized coaching, and tailored resources to support cross-sector leaders in building, strengthening, and sustaining pathways systems in their contexts.
Courtneyโs career began in higher education. At Arizona State University, she managed a portfolio of special projects supporting student, faculty, and community entrepreneurs in launching and growing their ventures. At Indiana University, she oversaw more than 10 U.S. Department of State youth leadership exchange programs and led the implementation of a six-part interprofessional healthcare curriculum serving more than 8,000 learners annually.
She holds a B.A. in international studies and Spanish from Indiana University.
