When you join the Future Ready Schools® Leadership Cohort, you’ll have access to the tools, coaching, and encouragement needed to drive the sustainable growth you’ve always envisioned for your schools and district.
During the six-month cohort period, participants (district teams) will participate in virtual leadership seminars and in-person professional learning activities with access to customized FRS content to address specific needs within the cohort.
At the end of our time together, your team’s leadership capacity will expand, and you will receive an analysis of your readiness to implement systemwide change. Exclusive access to the FRS tools and experts will help you focus on collaborative leadership, creative management, and continuous growth. The result will forge a strategic path from traditional school settings to dynamic student-centered, technology-enhanced learning environments.
