A gathering of Arizona’s pathways leaders to align on a shared vision for youth career readiness

The Center for the Future of Arizona, in partnership with All4Ed and Britebound, invites you to a cross-sector convening focused on strengthening youth career readiness systems in Arizona.  

Join fellow leaders across K–12 education, higher education, workforce development, business and industry, philanthropy, policy, and youth engagement to build a shared vision and identify concrete next steps for strengthening career-connected pathways for Arizona’s young people.  

Building on the work already underway across the state, this convening is designed to bring together leaders across sectors to: 

  • Identify key assets, gaps, and opportunities across the state’s youth career readiness landscape 
  • Surface aligned policy and implementation priorities 
  • Strengthen cross-sector relationships and collaboration 
  • Develop a roadmap for sustained systems change 

Participants will engage in highly collaborative sessions and align around two to three shared priorities and the strategies that will drive statewide impact.   

Grounded in local expertise and leadership and informed by Britebound and All4Ed’s national experience in building education-to-career pathways systems, the day will include structured dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and action planning designed to move from vision to coordinated strategy.

A shared look at Arizona’s current landscape, including insights from statewide landscape and policy scans and why this moment matters for advancing youth career readiness.
9:45 – 10:30 a.m.
Aligning Around Shared Priorities
Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion to identify and refine the most important priorities for expanding high-quality career-connected pathways across the state.

Designing Strategies for Action
Working collaboratively, participants will explore strategies to advance the identified priorities, including opportunities for partnership, research, and coordinated communications.

Turning Strategy into Implementation
Participants will begin mapping the roles, resources, and timeline needed to move shared priorities forward.
