Dr. Adam Phyall and Enrique A. Chaurand have joined the All4Ed Team to lead the organization’s education technology and communications strategies
Washington – November 30, 2022 – All4Ed, a leading national advocacy nonprofit committed to expanding equitable opportunities for students of color, students from low-income families, and other marginalized groups, today announced the additions Dr. Adam Phyall and Enrique A. Chaurand. Dr. Phyall has been named Director of Professional Learning and Leadership and will lead initiatives, events, and activities in All4Ed’s Future Ready Schools network. Enrique Chaurand will lead the media relations, communications and marketing for All4Ed as the Vice President of Communications and Marketing.
“Addressing the needs of our ever-changing education landscape is critical to the work we do at All4Ed. The additions of Dr. Phyall and Mr. Chaurand will continue moving us forward in our work with our partners on Capitol Hill and with school districts across the country,” said Deb Delisle, President and CEO of All4Ed. “We are very excited to add two individuals with decades of experience in their fields to our All4Ed team.”
Prior to joining All4Ed, Dr. Phyall was the Director of Technology and Media Services for Newton County School System in Covington, GA. A former high school and science teacher, Dr. Phyall works directly with teachers showing them fun and easy methods of incorporating technology into instruction by “Putting the Pieces Together.” His philosophy on teaching is “if you’re having fun teaching it, then your students will have fun learning it.”
“For students to exist in the world beyond high school, they must be prepared to live and to work in a technological world,” said Dr. Phyall. “Today, students have to become lifelong learners; it is our responsibility to provide students with the digital literacy and access to technology necessary to meet that need.”
Mr. Chaurand has lead communications and marketing teams at UnidosUS, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, and was the Director of Speechwriting at the U.S. Department of Labor during the Obama Administration. “I am very excited to join the All4Ed team and to highlight the amazing work this team does every day to advocate on behalf of students of color and their families,” said Enrique Chaurand. “Ensuring that all students – regardless of their zip code – have a quality education is a fundamental right.”
