Revamping the Elementary Library to Support Student Success (with Jillian Heise)

Jillian Heise will share her story of evolving three different elementary libraries and the lessons learned in revamping the spaces to make them more kid-friendly and usable. Because walking into an elementary library that has stuffed shelves of spine out books is just not the most inviting environment for our youngest students. By considering what students & staff really need and adjusting how we display, shelve, label, sign, and organize individual books and sections in our libraries.
