Hardin-Bartley has served as superintendent of The School District of University City since July 2016. Hardin-Bartley is the recipient of the 2023 Robert L. Pearce Award from the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) which recognizes individuals demonstrating powerful educational leadership for the betterment of students, staff, and families.
