CREATING TOMORROW
It’s been well over a decade since the national pathways movement launched, and our strategies need to evolve. We’re committed to seeding a national conversation about the need for a new theory of change and co-creating the next generation of pathways strategies that address the limitations of the pathways movement and reach the outcomes that matter most to young people.
This type of work calls for a different approach: a pathways production studio. Behind every hit song and every great album is a producer—someone who collaborates deeply with the artist to shape their creative ideas and translate their aspirations into a vision. A producer creates a safe space for experimentation and ideation; offers conceptual guidance and technical coaching; and draws on their expertise and perspective to help bring a vision to life.
Like a great producer, All4Ed can work with you to shape, test, pilot, and realize new pathways strategies through services that include:

- Advising and technical support for concept and proposal development, new models and strategies, and R&D efforts
