Washington, D.C. – All4Ed is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr. Amy Loyd as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Deb Delisle who retired last year. Dr. Loyd brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and excellence in education and workforce development.

“We are delighted to welcome Dr. Amy Loyd as the new CEO of All4Ed. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to educational equity make her the perfect leader to guide our organization into the future,” said All4Ed Board Chair Juan Sepúlveda. “We are confident that under her leadership, All4Ed will continue to make significant strides in ensuring that all students have access to the opportunities they need to succeed.”

Most recently, Dr. Loyd served as the Assistant Secretary for the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education. In her past roles, both as Vice President at Jobs for the Future and as Director of Education at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, she has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to providing students of all ages, backgrounds, and career stages with equitable opportunities to acquire new skills and secure good-paying jobs. At the Department of Education, she spearheaded efforts to grow the middle class by expanding career-connected learning and better aligning our K-12 and postsecondary systems with the needs of our workforce.

“I am incredibly excited to join All4Ed and to work alongside such a dedicated team. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating pathways for all students to achieve their full potential. I look forward to building on All4Ed’s strong foundation and driving forward our mission to provide equitable educational opportunities for all,” stated Dr. Loyd.

Dr. Loyd attended Santa Fe Community College and Northern New Mexico Community College and holds a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s College and a doctorate in education leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she was an adjunct lecturer focused on using career pathways to increase opportunity and equity. She is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
