Troi Dixon

Executive Administration Specialist, All4Ed

Troi Dixon is a dedicated public policy professional and creative strategist with a passion for public affairs, advocacy, and strategic communications. She currently serves as an Executive Administration Specialist at All4Ed, where she supports the organization’s mission to advance educational equity and excellence for all students.

Previously, Troi was a Special Assistant in the U.S. Department of Education for the Biden-Harris Administration, where she worked in the Office of the Secretary to support key federal education initiatives and policy priorities.

Beyond her professional roles, Troi is an Executive Committee Member and Public Relations Chair for the DC Chapter of the NAACP, working to advance civil rights and social justice efforts in the nation’s capital. She is also a Member-at-Large of the George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government Alumni Board, contributing her expertise to support the next generation of policy leaders.

With a background in policy analysis and creative strategy, Troi hopes to leverage her experience to bridge the gap between policy, advocacy, and strategic communications. She is passionate about shaping narratives, engaging stakeholders, and driving impact through informed and effective messaging.
