Lia Dossin

Director of Partnerships & Programs, All4Ed

Lia Dossin joined All4Ed in March 2016 and is responsible for supporting All4Ed’s area of work focused on digital planning and implementation within the Future Ready Schools® project. In this role, Ms. Dossin supports the program’s strategic engagement efforts, oversees the print and digital outreach, and manages the website content.

Prior to joining All4Ed, Ms. Dossin was marketing manager at Insight Education Group where she supported business development efforts by leading the design and implementation of Insight’s digital and print marketing strategy.

Ms. Dossin also served as manager of online community and technology for the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA), where she managed the technical and content development for SETDA’s online properties. In addition, Ms. Dossin worked for PBS Education as senior manager of online facilitation and community. While there, she supported a virtual faculty of more than 100 instructors and created an online facilitator performance evaluation program that was recognized by the Journal of Asynchronous Learning Networks. She also managed and supported an online community of practice for coaches and mentors. She has served as a third-grade teacher, district technology trainer, and library media specialist.

Ms. Dossin earned a bachelor of arts degree in early childhood development and elementary education from Lynchburg College and a master of science degree in school library media from Old Dominion University.
