Washington, D.C. – All4Ed is proud to announce the addition of Charlotte Cahill, PhD and Kyle Hartung, EdD as Senior Advisors, expanding the organization’s capacity to drive equitable education and workforce outcomes for today’s students and tomorrow’s workforce. Both bring deep experience in cross-sector partnership building, systems transformation, and advancing high-quality pathways from education to careers.

Cahill and Hartung join All4Ed from Jobs for the Future (JFF), where they led innovative national initiatives focused on improving education-workforce alignment and scaling career-connected learning models. Their leadership has been instrumental in shaping the field’s understanding of how to create more inclusive, future-ready systems that center equity and opportunity.

“Charlotte and Kyle are widely respected leaders whose work has shaped the national conversation and work around education-to-workforce systems,” said Amy Loyd, President and CEO of All4Ed. “Their expertise, thought leadership, and passion for equity will be a tremendous asset as we continue our mission to ensure that all students—especially those marginalized and historically underserved—have access to meaningful college and career pathways.”

As Senior Advisors, Cahill and Hartung will contribute to All4Ed’s growing portfolio of policy and practice work focused on high-quality pathways, workforce development, and systems transformation at the federal, state, and local levels.

“I’m excited to join All4Ed at this critical moment,” said Charlotte Cahill. “The need for coherent, equitable education and workforce systems has never been more urgent. I look forward to helping advance All4Ed’s efforts to shape policies, practices, and partnerships that support all learners in reaching their full potential.”

“All4Ed has long been a trusted voice in education policy, and I’m honored to join this team,” said Kyle Hartung. “I’m eager to help expand the organization’s impact in the pathways space—lifting up what works, challenging what doesn’t, and building systems that truly center learners and communities.”

Cahill and Hartung will begin their roles as Senior Advisors at All4Ed this month.
