All4Ed recently released three new policy publications examining how federal and state policy can strengthen pathways to college and careers and expand opportunities for students nationwide.

- The Case for Federal Investment in Dual Enrollment: Explores how targeted federal investment could expand access to dual enrollment, particularly for students who have historically had fewer opportunities to participate.
- Too Good to Be True? The Implications of Workforce Pell for High School Students: Examines how expanding Pell Grant eligibility to short-term workforce training could affect high school students, course-taking, credential attainment, counseling and advising, accountability, and career pathways.
- Testing the Promise: Building State Data Systems That Connect College and Career Readiness to Results: Looks at how states use college and career readiness indicators in their accountability systems and whether those measures are actually delivering the outcomes they are intended to support.
