The Center for the Future of Arizona, in partnership with All4Ed and Britebound, invites you to the Arizona Pathways Forum, a cross-sector convening focused on strengthening youth career readiness systems across the state.
A strong workforce and a world-class education system are two of the seven shared values Arizonans say matter most to their future. This forum brings these priorities together and connects the dots between K-12, higher education, and workforce so that every young Arizonan has a genuine pathway to personal and economic prosperity.

Join fellow leaders across K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, business and industry, philanthropy, and policy to build a shared vision and identify concrete next steps for strengthening career-connected pathways for Arizona’s young people. Building on work already underway across the state, this forum will bring together leaders across sectors to:
- Develop a shared understanding of Arizona’s youth career readiness landscape, including key assets, gaps, and priorities.
- Identify where each sector and organization is uniquely positioned to lead, contribute to, and advance the state’s career-connected pathways work.
- Assess the strength of relational coordination across the system and identify where collaboration and communication need to be deepened.
- Establish concrete next steps and role commitments that build on existing momentum and move the system forward together.
The Opportunity Ahead
Arizona is at an inflection point. As new industries take root across the state and workforce gaps in key sectors like healthcare, construction, technology, and advanced manufacturing continue to grow, the moment to act and coordinate is now.
Recognizing the opportunity for impact ahead, Arizona has been selected as one of a small number of states in Britebound’s youth career readiness state strategy initiative. Britebound is a national nonprofit changing the way young people learn about careers and navigate to postsecondary education and career success through access to career readiness information, resources, and experiences for all. This convening is the first of many conversations to align on a shared vision, clarify strengths and roles across the ecosystem of cross-sector partners engaged in this work, and set priorities for making real progress. As leaders come together to pull the rope in the same direction, the state will be positioned to bridge education and economic goals, drive critical education and workforce systems changes that sustain the state’s competitiveness, and ensure young people have access to pathways that lead to meaningful, choice-filled lives.
Who Should Attend
This forum is designed for regional and statewide leaders who are actively shaping, or are positioned to influence, the systems that connect young Arizonans to meaningful careers. We’re bringing together people who make decisions, broker partnerships, and move resources across the full education-to-workforce continuum.

Business or industry leaders, including state and regional industry associations and chambers of commerce invested in strengthening Arizona’s talent pipeline

Philanthropic partners with a portfolio focused on pathways, workforce, or youth career readiness

Intermediary or community-based organizations convening cross-sector partners, providing technical assistance or data infrastructure, or designing and advocating for youth career readiness programs and systems change

State or local government leaders working on education, workforce, or economic mobility, including legislative champions for career readiness

K-12 education leaders overseeing CTE, college and career readiness, work-based learning, or career navigation and advising at the state or regional level

Higher education leaders overseeing college access, dual enrollment, workforce development, or regional pathways initiatives

Workforce and economic development professionals responsible for industry engagement, work-based learning and apprenticeship expansion, or WIOA planning and implementation
Youth voice will be integrated throughout the day, because the strategies we build should be shaped by, not just for, Arizona’s young people.
