UCS to host program highlighting effective, safe use of technology
Technology is part of everyday life for students. Utica Community Schools officials want to ensure students use it responsibly and help parents understand potential pitfalls associated with its misuse. Utica officials will host March 11 a program called: “Leaving a Positive Digital Footprint: Teaching Children Safe and Effective Ways to Use Technology. Ford High School in Sterling Heights will play host to the program at 6:30 p.m. The program is a companion to Digital Learning Day, a national initiative set for March 13.
