Superintendent, school staff featured in video series on learning standards
Superintendent of Schools Kimberly Hill, along with three other Charles County Public Schools staff members, recently participated in a series of interviews for use in a video series about the implementation of the Common Core State Standards.The standards define the skills and knowledge students need to be successful in the workplace and postsecondary education, ensuring that students receive a high quality education. CCPS began implementing the MDCCRS last school year. The series was produced by the Alliance for Excellent Education, which released the videos at https://all4ed.org/.
