Digital Learning Day set for Thursday
The DOE will collaborate with the Alliance for Excellent Education in the national campaign, designed to celebrate innovative teaching and highlight practices that make learning more personalized and engaging for students. Other goals are to show how digital learning can provide all students with the skills needed to succeed in college, a career and life. “Alabama has been a trailblazer in using technology for the purpose of advancing education,” said State Superintendent of Education Michael Sentance. “We continue to tell Alabama’s digital story by showcasing ways to use contemporary tools to ensure Alabama students are college- and career-ready.”
