Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam made national news in his recent state of the state address: He proposed making two years of community college available and free to every high school graduate in the state. College Bound

National Digital Learning Day is live tomorrow from the U.S. Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. Schools and classrooms from all over the country are participating by hosting their own digital events. A live broadcast of the event will take place online. Digital Learning Day
